For USA addresses, we’re pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD! For orders under $50 USD see standard shipping costs below.
Most Standard Shipping orders will ship out 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping, generally USPS Priority Mail, unless you select an alternative.
* Free Shipping applies only to merchandise and Gift Cards if a hard copy is mailed. Taxes (and Gift Cards) do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Free shipping offer is valid for shipping addresses in the US only, and Standard Shipping method only.
**Express Delivery Shipping - Orders placed after Noon AZMT (MST) or on weekends or holidays will not ship until the next business day. Please NOTE: Most of Arizona does not observe daylight savings time.
Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with your tracking information. Please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list to assure you receive the email.

For all other international visitors please read below regarding shipping and duty information when buying products from the USA.
All other international orders need to be placed by either calling pluggz Customer Care at 1-800-771-8314 ext. 502, or by emailing us at email@example.com. Please make sure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address, as pluggz is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. If a package needs to be re-shipped due an incorrect address, unfortunately you will be responsible for this cost. We can also email you our Skype address if you would like to communicate with one of our team members through Skype. All orders placed via email, phone or Skype will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal as well.
International Package Forwarding Services such as USABox.com can supply you with a US address to ship your order to. They will provide you with your own USA shipping address and calculate all Duties and Taxes and forward your packages to your home location from their US distribution centers. This may be a good option for you if you often shop on websites that offer free shipping within the US. They also offer services such as consolidation and repacking of multiple packages. International Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To get an estimate of shipping charges for your order (if other than Canada, Australia, Scandinavian and the United Kingdom customers) just send an email noting the products – please include the style, size and color you would like to order, along with your shipping address, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with your order total order costs to get your authorization of all charges. Free shipping offers apply only to shipments going to a United States address.
International Duties and Taxes
Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are not within our jurisdiction and are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper delivering yours shoes and you have to pay the carrier for these charges in order to receive your order. When you place your international order, you also agree to pay any and all of the taxes and duties which may apply for your country. For more information on duty rates or estimates, you may want to check with your local agencies.
We try our very best to provide you with the correct shoe size. However, sizing varies by manufacturer and by style, as do shoe chart conversions. Kindly review our information along with size charts to make sure you order the right size for you. Please be aware the toe box area, in our ballet flats, may fit a little snug at first. This is expected due to the style. After one or two days of wear the supple leather should form nicely to your feet. Also, if you normally float between sizes in other shoes, we suggest you order your pluggz in the next ½ larger size. Lastly, it's always best to measure both feet in the evening and have another person help you with the measuring for better accuracy. International Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return* or exchange your pluggz shoes within 30 days of your purchase, we will be pleased to accommodate you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return as well as for the exchange if you would like a new replacement order. Email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number for your return paperwork.
