Returns and Exchanges - USA
If you wish to return any items purchased online at pluggz.com, please follow the steps listed below. For International returns click here.
All items must be returned in unused, saleable condition within thirty days from date of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges.
If you would like to exchange for a different size/style/color or a refund, please specify in a note or on the return form provided in your order. For further assistance please contact us at 800-771-8314. You may also send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return authorization number.
The fastest and easiest way to get an RA number, is reply using the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order and just rename the subject line: Requesting an RA #.
We will reply with an RA number. Optionally, you can create an RA # by using your Order number and adding one of the following to the end of it, depending on whether you are doing an Exchange (-X), a Refund (-R), or a combination (-XR). For example: "10745-X" would be an Exchange request for Order 10745. Orders returned without a return authorization number may take longer to process. A return and exchange form was included in your order. You can also download the return and exchange form below.
Event Purchases: If you bought your items at an event and do not have an Order number because the item wasn't shipped to you, please email us for an RA# and instructions. We will ask you to provide details such as the name of the event, the last four digits of the credit card you used for payment, and your shipping address if requesting an exchange.
Final Sale Items: Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All other items purchased on sale at pluggz.com may be exchanged or returned. We're sorry, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise purchased as FINAL SALE on these special promotions.
We are happy to do free exchanges. However, customers are responsible for the postage for any returns. We recommend using registered, insured delivery such as USPS or UPS Ground. The Post Office offers a number of reasonably priced shipping options, or you can use the shipper of your choice. We recommend a method that provides you with a tracking number. Pluggz will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Write the RA # on the Outside of the Shipping Box.
It makes processing your refund much faster.
Please Use a Box
All returns need to be shipped to us in their original shoebox/packaging, and within a shipping box to protect the shoebox from being crushed. The flip flops can ship back in a padded envelope.

Exchanges – Need them in a hurry?
If you need to exchange for a different size/color/style and you need them in a hurry, we suggest you put in a new order for the exchange pair at pluggz.com. Please make a note on your return and exchange form that you are requesting a refund rather than an exchange, then.
Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products
Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery. Email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number for your return paperwork, and if possible, please attach a photo of the defect.
Our goal is to process returns as quickly as possible, please give us 15 business days after we have received your return to process your refund. Once we have processed your refund, it can take 2-7 days to show up on your credit card statement. If you have received an email from us about your refund and it is not showing up on you credit card statement, please contact your bank for more information.
Once the refund has been issued, the customer is e-mailed a confirmation with the amount of the refund. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
Returns and Exchanges – International
For International customers, if you would like to return or exchange your pluggz shoes within 30 days of your purchase, we will be pleased to accommodate you. Please follow the same procedure as above. IMPORTANT NOTE: International customers will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return as well as for the exchange if you would like a new replacement order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization number for your return paperwork.
Custom, VAT, and Duty Fees
Any custom, VAT or duty feeds are not refundable by pluggz. We have no control over these charges by your government. Please check with your local agencies for processes to request refund of fees.
