Pluggz International Purchasing Information

We sincerely appreciate your interest in pluggz and have detailed some tips below to make international purchasing easier.
If you reside in Canada, you can order pluggz from pluggz.com or The Brown Bear: Women's shoes and Men's shoes.

For our Australian customers, you can order from Barefoot Healing. If they don't have the style, color and size that you are looking for we can ship directly to you. Please review the information below for international orders.

For all other international visitors please read below regarding shipping and duty information when buying products from the USA.

How to Order

Canadian, Australian and UK customers can order directly from the pluggz.com website as shipping rates and options are provided on our site. All other international orders need to be placed by either calling pluggz Customer Care at 1-800-771-8314 ext. #106, or by emailing us at customercare@pluggz.com. We can also email you our Skype address if you would like to communicate to one of our team this way. All orders placed via email, phone or Skype will need to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Kindly allow 7 to 20 business days for receipt of orders shipped outside of the United States. All international orders are delivered by USPS Priority so you can track your package. Tracking information can be found by logging into your pluggz account.

Please check back with us frequently if your country is not listed as a direct order country. We continually expand our list of destination countries. Or, you can call or email us for an updated status. For shipments to our direct order countries , simply select the appropriate destination country during the checkout process. You may also purchase from your respective countries and ship to a U.S. destination.

International Sizing

We try our very best to provide you with the correct shoe size. However, sizing varies by manufacturer and by style, as do conversion rates. Kindly review our information along with size charts to make sure you order the right size for you. Please be aware the toe box area, in our ballet flats, may fit a little snug at first. This is expected due to the style. After one or two days of wear the supple leather should form nicely to your feet. Also, if you normally float between sizes in other shoes, we suggest you order your pluggz in the next ½ larger size. Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your pluggz shoes, we will be pleased to accommodate you. Unless goods have defects, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return as well as for the exchange, if you would like a new replacement order.

International Duties and Taxes

Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are not within our jurisdiction and are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper delivering yours shoes and you have to pay the carrier for these charges in order to receive your order. When you place your international order, you also agree to pay any and all of the taxes and duties which may apply. For more information on duty rates or estimates, you may want to check with your local agency. If you refuse a package, any applicable fees will be held back from your refund.

International Addresses

Please make sure that you provide us an accurate shipping address, as pluggz is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. If a package needs to be re-shipped due an incorrect address, unfortunately you will be responsible for this cost.

Shipping and Handling Charges for International Orders

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To get an estimate of shipping charges for your order (if other than Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom) just send an email noting the products – please include the size and color you would like to order, along with your shipping address, to customercare@pluggz.com. We will respond with your order total order price to get your authorization of all charges. Sorry, free shipping offers apply only to shipments going to the United States.
